Worthing-based cannabis company’s suspension lifted after February recall

605 Cannabis is back in business.
The South Dakota Department of Health lifted a suspension on the Canton-area medical marijuana company’s licensure to operate Wednesday, according to a statement provided to The Dakota Scout Friday.
“A settlement agreement was reached between the parties and the suspension was lifted on July 19,” DOH wrote in an emailed response to a media inquiry made earlier in the week.
