South Dakota senator spotlights rising expenses, falling test scores in defense of proposal
U.S. Sen. Mike Rounds is continuing to champion the abolishment of the U.S. Department of Education, filing legislation Wednesday he says will reduce federal bureaucracy without cutting a single dollar of education funding.
