More than four years after South Dakota voters legalized medical marijuana, the lone dispensary license in the state’s most populous county has yet to be used to sell even a single bag of grass.
But Genesis Farms hopes to change that, again trying to open a pot shop in rural Minnehaha County despite having once already forfeited the six-figure, non-refundable license.
