Company blames contractor hired to find fossils in South Dakota
A Texas company that hired a contractor to search for dinosaur fossils in South Dakota is suing the contractor, alleging that he pilfered a Triceratops skull.
Theropoda Exp of Allen, Texas hired Forrest A. Rush of Montana to search for fossils in Harding County. Theropoda had an exclusive fossil rights agreement to search the land from July 14, 2018 to June 30, 2019.
