Proposal would have increased limits by $1,000
PIERRE — A proposal to increase the amount of campaign contributions that political candidates in South Dakota can collect has been rejected in the state Legislature.
House Bill 1111 sought to increase current campaign limits for county, legislative and statewide candidates by $1,000
