Uncertainty about what the public will be charged for using $80-million worth of new pools and recreation centers in Sioux Falls is slowing down the project timeline.
However, taking a few more months to refine budget projections and establish accessible fee levels won’t impede the eventual construction of new facilities at Kuehn and Frank Olson Parks.
