Sioux Falls City Hall is facing accusations it hid notice of proceedings that could determine the fate of an aging and rare taxidermic exhibit once on display at the Great Plains Zoo and Delbridge Museum.
But the office of Mayor Paul TenHaken contends the administration has exceeded minimum public notice standards required of the Brockhouse Collection at Delbridge Museum Work Group assembled last year after the museum was abruptly shut down.
