Sioux Falls business owner starts ballot question committee to defeat November ballot issues
Chris Larson forms 'No in November' against four hot-button measures
A conservative Republican activist from Minnehaha County is forming a statewide ballot question committee to urge South Dakotans to vote “NO in NOvember” on four pivotal measures.
Chris Larson, an entrepreneur in Sioux Falls, has launched a campaign to "cut through the ballot question confusion" by asking voters to weigh in negatively on several measures.
The measures in question are; Amendment G, which expands abortion access in the state, Referred Law 21, which would repeal Senate Bill 201 intended to give carbon capture pipeline companies a path forward in South Dakota, Amendment H, to implement open primaries in the state, and Initiated Measure 29, the third attempt at legalizing recreational cannabis.
