Senate releases redacted Frye-Mueller complaint
Allegation says Frye-Mueller's husband in room when breastfeeding comment made
PIERRE — The redacted complaint that led to the suspension of a South Dakota senator has been released.
The Senate Select Committee on Discipline and Expulsion, formed to probe accusations of workplace harassment being leveled against Sen. Julie Frye-Mueller, made public the one-page complaint by an unnamed legislative staffer alleging the Rapid City lawmaker told her that the staffer’s “husband could ‘suck on my breasts’ to get milk to come in.”
