SCOUTING REPORT | Ode to beef, State Fair tractor pull, a floppy 5k, street pronunciations
A weekly digest of interesting local, state, national and even international developments
Ladies and gentlemen, May brings us beef month. It’s probably lots of other months, too. Like National Typewriter Workers’ month, or something like that. But here at The Dakota Scout, we like beef. We celebrate the people who work hard in the industry to bring it to us, and we respect the animals who provide for us.
Loyal readers of this space know that Rausch Grass Finished Meat out of Onaka, South Dakota, has been one of our partners, and we thank them, as do our readers who have won beef packages from Rausch.
