A weekly digest of interesting local, state, national and even international developments
Sioux Falls chef Jordan Taylor, among the culinary artists credited with recent cuisine advances in the Sioux Falls restaurant scene, is the subject of a documentary made by Black Hills State University students.
Taylor is the restaurateur behind Bread & Circus, a delicatessent featured in internationally acclaimed chef Guy Fieri’s “Diners, Drive-ins and Dives.” The chef turned A-list food critic dined on Taylor’s Vietnamese fried chicken sandwich and curry cauliflower in a 2021 episode of the widely watched TV show.
