Kristie Noem used tax payer money for her own use by her decision and that is not the way our elected officials should operate! I am quite sure that our present Governor would not do that type of thing, and she should not have had that privilege either. Being famous has gone to her head, and the proper and "not proper" use of taxpayers money is evidence of that fact!
