Consumer advocacy group makes new filing alleging 'Noem and her staff were hostile' when served with court papers
Gov. Kristi Noem was not compensated for a testimonial endorsing a Texas orthodontist who performed cosmetic work on her teeth.
That’s according to the South Dakota governor, who is now explicitly denying she received payment for her appearance in an online video in which she raved about dental services she received from Smile Texas.
