Mike Rounds, Elizabeth Warren want more time to weigh in on Wounded Knee medals
Senators co-author letter to secretary of Defense asking to extend public comment period

That’s the belief of Sen. Mike Rounds, who in a letter co-authored with Massachusetts Democrat Elizabeth Warren. They say the Department of Defense is failing to provide adequate time for the public to weigh in on whether or not about 20 soldiers who received the Medal of Honor should keep it.
