Candidates make final finance disclosures ahead of Tuesday election

Campaign finance reports filed this week in the Sioux Falls City Council race have revealed the preferred candidates for some existing office holders.

But strong March fundraising for at least one dark horse in Tuesday’s two contested City Council elections have those candidates poised for a late push in hopes of securing an upset — or at least forcing a runoff election.
