I’d like to congratulate Lanny Stricherz for writing a letter to the editor that was just like the old Mad Magazine and National Lampoon’s satires that were so obviously inane.
Lanny got J6 completely wrong! If he’s a Conservative, he should know better than to eat from the poisoned fruit of Lame Stream Media! The “facts” he used were already proven wrong! He is helping to allow the rest of the country to despise and condemn Americans that were there to defend our rights! Do you know that 4 people died that day and all of them were unarmed citizens? Do you know over 300 are being held, without a trial in solitary confinement since 2021? Do you know over 4 of these prisoners have committed suicide because they are looking at 7-20 years in prison for nothing close to what happened during the Summer of Love?! This is Political Violence against people on the opposite side! This should frighten everyone one of us!
2 heart attacks, 1 from complications of an overdose, 1 shot while climbing through a broken window while illegally trying to enter the house chamber. In South Dakota she would probably be shot if she had done the same at a closed door caucus during the session. I believe I would the right to shoot if she was illegally crawling through my bedroom window.
1 police officer died of a stroke because of complications of being sprayed in the face with a chemical during the "peaceful protest"
These people were not tourist. They were trying to overthrow the government by not allowing the results of the election. They illegally broke into (kicking in doors, smashing windows, assulting law enforcement) a government building.
It is hard to blame the liberal media when the world was watching on live televison on every major network, including FOX.
I am sure the guards/police in Pierre have orders to shoot if necessary if the same thing would happen if Noem was in the building. Luckily that is not be very often.
