The winter pilgrimage to the state Capitol is underway for South Dakota lobbyists and lawmakers, who today kick off the 98th Legislative Session.
From taxation to abortion and law and order to routine government house keeping, hundreds of bills will each get their hearing before a committee of the state Legislature in the coming weeks.
Here’s a look at a few of more than 100 measures already filed by representatives, senators and the Noem administration.
