Karl Rove, George W. Bush advisor, to speak at law enforcement dinner
'The Architect' to visit Sioux Falls day after '22 election
Republican campaign strategist Karl Rove will be the headline speaker at this year’s annual Law Enforcement Appreciation Dinner and Children’s Charity in November.
Rove, 71, served as a senior advisor and deputy chief of staff to former President George W. Bush, who gave him the name “The Architect” because of his successful campaign strategies. Besides advising Bush during his presidency and time as Texas governor, Rove has been credited with devising strategies behind dozens of successful GOP campaigns.
He currently writes a column for the Wall Street Journal and is a regular guest on Fox News.
His appearance in Sioux Falls on Nov. 9 comes the day after this year’s mid-term election. Republicans are hoping to win majority control of at least one chamber in Congress.
