Why is he not disbarred forever? He killed a guy while driving distracted, lied about it under oath, and acts like it doesn't matter. He was the elected Attorney General here in South Dakota which is the Chief law enforcement officer for the entire state! He needs to find a different profession. Disbar him!
He is being punished for a motor vehicle accident, NO ONE has ever lost their job due to a motor vehicle accident, even ones that cause the death of another human being This is how corrupt the B.A.R has become today. Donald Trump should Pardon him so he can actually work as an Attorney again. He was a great one. You all realize he was punished by the establishment due to his role he played in investigating the governor, Denny Sanford, and for his role in finding Lost Children. Kristi Noem is evil, only interested in her own agenda. And you all defend the decision by our 2023 Legislature.
Truly, I am asking an honest question. What made him a great attorney? I stand by him for his investigations but not how unforthcoming he was during the investigation of Boever’s death, especially after driving that portion of the highway.
I told the truth, and the facts of the what happened that night of the accident. That he did not lie about. The court agreed with him on this which is why he was NOT found guilty of any 2nd degree manslaughter. At that point, the family's only way forward, as in all accidents, was the civil case to get paid for damages. Nothing he did was any different than any other motor vehicle accidents. As for his role as Attorney General, he was a excellent Attorney General, in fact, Marty Jackely has kept many of his legal opinions in effect, and has continued many of the programs started by Jason R. Jason Ravsnborg was really hitting hard the investigation of looking for Missing Kids, and he was really defending the Native Americans property rights against the state. He also defend your right during COVID restricting the government in your right to manage your personal lifestyle. He was a good attorney general, let alone he is a good constitutional attorney. He should not be forced to strip away his law license. As a state, our 2023 Legislature now has set precident, now any public official can be impeached and removed for a motor vehicle accidents which is a common thing in S.D they happen daily. The next governor should Pardon him so this reverses that precedent. You realize that impeachment case was led by Noen, Schoenback, and the Establishment. Jason had the support of the Patriots, which were in the minority at the time.
