Harris was born in Goshen, IN to Cary & Anita Reeves, the fifth of their eight children. Moving with his family, he lived in TN, TX, CO, UT, and SD. Harris was a huge CO Avalanche fan, an artist, and had battled brain tumors and their lasting effects most of his life. He graduated from Broomfield High, Broomfield, CO. He attended BYU-I the following year, then served 2 years as a missionary in the Family and Church History Headquarters Mission, changed to Utah Salt Lake City Headquarters Mission while he was serving, helping others with their genealogy. He was an Eagle Scout and attended Utah State University for a year after his mission service then received his CNA, certified nursing assistant license, and worked at Norton Nursing Home, Bethany House, then Active Generations. Harris had a special talent caring for the old and young. He was a gentle soul with a kind, giving, and loving heart. He enjoyed traveling to new places, big theme parks, being in the outdoors , and most of all, time with family, especially his nieces and nephews.Â
Harris is preceded in death by his grandfathers, paternal grandmother, and two cousins. He is survived by his parents, maternal grandmother, Fran Nichols; four brothers, Cary W. (Amy); Keller(Chantel); Noah(Emma); Daniel; three sisters, Anna Wortham(David); Sarah Glenn(Andrew); Chloe; three nieces, Adaline, Lydia, Audrey; five nephews, Matthew, Nathaniel, Michael, Maxwell, Alex, and many extended family members. All will miss our HarrBear.
