Marijuana reform advocates aren’t letting last month’s defeat of a recreational cannabis proposal thwart their efforts.
The South Dakota Legislative Research Council has received paperwork from a pair associated with the campaign committee South Dakotans for Better Marijuana Laws, who are seeking to once again place the question of legalizing marijuana for recreational use on the ballot.
