The 2024 South Dakota State Historical Society History Conference in Pierre will highlight the innovative ways our history is being discovered, studied and utilized. This year’s keynote speaker for Saturday’s awards luncheon is bestselling author and public historian Jason Steinhauer. Jason will be discussing his book, "History, Disrupted: How Social Media and the World Wide Web Have Changed the Past."
