Open primaries in SD means that no Democrats will appear on ballots in 30 of 35 districts. No sane Dem should vote in favor of this. For Republicans, this is again a stupid idea, as it allows non-GOP voters to decide on GOP candidates. No sane GOP voter should vote in favor.
