MITCHELL — South Dakota’s top detective agency is probing conduct involving members of the Mitchell Legion Post 18 that led to the abrupt suspension of the baseball team’s season late last month.
The Dakota Scout has confirmed that the South Dakota Attorney General’s Division of Criminal Investigation is investigating allegations of sexual assault and harassment stemming from team hazing activities.
