District boardroom filled with student art as Sioux Falls adopts updated standards
The Sioux Falls School District wrapped up its first year under a new K-12 fine arts curriculum, a milestone celebrated at the April school board meeting as student artwork lined the boardroom.
The meeting began with recognition of 19 National Merit finalists from the district’s high schools- the highest number Sioux Falls has seen in at least two decades.
