Country club servers allege unwanted sexual contact, alcohol
Lawsuits accuse manager of exposing her breasts, wanting waitresses to wear lace bras, panties
Two former servers at a Yankton country club have accused the club and a manager of encouraging them to consume alcohol and engage in sexual contact with guests.
In separate lawsuits, Asiah Jackson and Hannah Molitor say that Hillcrest Golf & Country Club manager Adessa Chester encouraged women servers to wear lacy bras and panties, particularly on men’s nights. Servers were also compelled to engage in unwanted sexual contact.
Jackson and Molitor document separate incidents in their lawsuits. On April 21, 2022, Molitor says she was in Chester’s office with Chester and a male guest when Chester exposed her breasts. She encouraged Molitor to expose her breasts and coerced Molitor into photographing her breasts and sending the photo via direct message.
