Attorney General Marty Jackley charges former state employee for falsified food inspection reports
Charges mark the fourth fraud case involving public employees in last six months

Attorney General Marty Jackley was back in Sioux Falls Tuesday afternoon to announce that charges had been filed against Renee Strong, a former state employee who worked for the Department of Public Safety on behalf of the Department of Health.
Strong, 55, has been indicted on 13 class-6 felonies for offering false or forged instruments for filing or recording in a public office and 13 class-5 felonies for forgery. The Springfield, South Dakota woman was arrested in connection with forging and falsifying restaurant food inspection reports.
