A $7.7 million revamp of indoor facilities at a city-owned golf course in northwest Sioux Falls will move ahead.
The Sioux Falls City Council capped a busy weekly calendar for municipal government with a 6-2 vote approving a construction contract for a brand-new clubhouse, cart storage, and youth and professional golf programming complex at Elmwood Golf Course.
