Zach Dresch is a comedian born and raised in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. He grew up a fan of sketch and stand up comedy, citing groups like the Kids in the Hall and comedians such as Mitch Hedberg and Demetri Martin as huge influences. Tickets $18 single, $103 for a table of 7.

Emily’s Hope Poker-run

The 5th Annual Emily's Hope Poker Run, a 100-mile ride around the Sioux Falls area whether you ride a motorcycle or drive any street-legal vehicle. Register on the day of the event for $25. The ride will start at J&L Harley-Davidson and end at the Blue Rock Bar & Grill, where all participants will reconvene by 5 p.m. to draw poker hands. Plus, make sure to take advantage of the exciting 50/50 raffle and silent auction happening at the final location.

Buddy Red Bow was a country and indigenous singer/songwriter. He was posthumously inducted into the Native American Music Hall of Fame in 1998. Buddy advocated for indigenous youth participation in music. A portion of the proceeds benefits Save Them All Rescue Services (S.T.A.R.S.), a no-kill rescue that serves the Black Hills area including the Pine Ridge Reservation.

Blood Run 5K

The Friends of Blood Run will be hosting its third annual Blood Run 5K Trail Run-Walk west of Granite in Lyon County, Iowa, on Saturday, July 15. Registration is at 7:30 a.m. at the Granite Mercantile building — 1114 125th Street, Larchwood, IA 51241 — in Granite and then we will travel to the Blood Run National Historic Landmark for the 5K run/walk event at 8 a.m.
 Along with 2023 Blood Run T-shirts, this year the event has added medals for first and second place male and female in age categories 18 and under, 19 to 49 and 50+. T-shirts are guaranteed for registration by June 30. Online registration for the event is at Friends of Blood Run under the Trail Run 2023 Registration dropdown.
